Don’t think your group is large enough to meet the summer minimum?

Brookhaven often offers opportunities for smaller groups to share the facilities with other groups so that both parties have enough people to rent the facilities and enjoy all Brookhaven has to offer in the summer.

If you can bring at least 25 people in the summer, give us a call at 1.800.933.1894, e-mail us at info@brookhavenretreat.org or sign our guestbook. We want you to come! You may also choose to contact other groups you know so that you can rent Brookhaven together.

*Minimum number of guests apply. The more people you bring, the more you save. Samples assume your group brings at least 85 for the dorm, at least 16 for the Lodge, and at least 46 for the Motels. Prices vary for renting the entire facility and for summer groups.
