Brookhaven Retreat hosts ladies retreats, men's retreats, scrapbooking retreats, conferences, family reunions and other events throughout most of the year. Summer time, June through mid-August, is reserved for Christian camps. Although Brookhaven occassionally programs events in their entirety that individuals can register for, most of the August through May retreat season is available for groups to rent our facilities.

Brookhaven exists to provide a place for Christian organizations to get away from the busyness of every day life to worship in God's creation, grow spiritually, and experience rejuvenation. But from time to time, Brookhaven allows other groups to use the facility for other worthy purposes, which helps Brookhaven make improvements. Some such events are listed on our Events page. Please contact the respective groups if you'd like to attend any of the great events listed there.

Accommodations include private motel rooms (30-94 people) with balconies overlooking the lake; semi-private lodge rooms (16-40 people), some of which overlook the lake; a bunkhouse (40 people...generally used as overflow for the lodge rooms); and a large, functional dorm (50-136 people) with the meeting space built in. Conference buildings include the Nazareth conference building with space for 300, a wrap-around deck overlooking the lake, a kitchenette, tables and chairs, and a stone fireplace; the Hebron conference building with space for 125, a wrap-around deck overlooking the lake, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and tables and chairs. The dorm meeting space has room for 150, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and tables and chairs. Delicious meals are served buffet-style in nicely decorated dining rooms.

If you'd like to have a group retreat at Brookhaven, it's best to start the process early, as our best dates are typically booked six months  or more in advance. Returning groups generally have first-right-of-refusal on their date.
