Brookhaven has several meeting spaces to meet your group's needs. Meeting spaces are included in your rate when your group stays at least two nights. There is a charge for using Nazareth and Hebron when your group stays only one night. Brookhaven assigns meeting space based on group size and needs.

NAZARETH CONFERENCE BUILDING
Nazareth is a large log building with a wrap-around deck overlooking the lake. Our largest meeting space, Nazareth seats up to 300 people. The facility features a rock fireplace; kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, sink and cabinetry; moveable stage; chairs and tables as needed; projection screen; TV/DVD player; restrooms and water fountain. The nearest adjacent facilites are the rec room directly underneath, motel rooms 19-26, Tiberius guesthouse, Eden cabin and Capernaum cabin. |

HEBRON CONFERENCE BUILDING
Hebron is a log building with a wrap-around deck overlooking the lake. The meeting area seats up to 125 people. The facility has a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, chairs and tables as needed, projection screen, and a TV/DVD player. The nearest adjacent facilites are the lodge, dining room, and motel rooms 19-26.

DORM MEETING ROOM
The Dorm meeting room is situated between the girls' and boys' sides of the Dorm. The room is rectangular and can seat up to 150. The room is equipped with a stage, tables and chairs as needed, projection screen, TV/DVD player, fireplace, piano, soda machine, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and sink. The Dorm is located near the challenge course and playing field.

REC ROOM MEETING SPACE
Located directly beneath Nazareth Conference Building, the rec room doubles as a meeting room, which is great for break out groups. The rec room is equipped with table tennis, foosball, and air hockey equipment, which can be moved aside if needed to make room for chairs and other meeting needs. The room also has a fireplace and some couches. When groups are sharing the property, the rec room may be used as a meeting room by reservation. |
OUTDOOR MEETING AREAS
Sometimes the best meeting space is directly beneath the skies. There are a number of venues on Brookhaven's campus that can be used for meetings, small group discussions, informal chats, worship time, and other needs. Among these are the amphitheatre next to Nazareth Conference Building, the gazebo behind the dining rooms, one of our two campfire areas, the bench swings that dot the hill behind the motels and lodge, the playing field, and the deck next to the gift shop. There is also a large multi-level deck behind motel rooms 19-26. The deck offers a fantastic view of the lake, an outdoor fireplace and room for about 100 people to sit on the deck. When groups are sharing the property, reservations will be necessary for using the amphitheare, large deck or campfire areas. |
